Transforming the Web into a Massive Social Network with Social Ads
With the regional advertising spend shifting towards digital, brands are starting to seriously look into the benefits of online ads. However, these ads mostly come in the form of banners, which are not very interactive and provide disappointing results. This is why we, at Eastline Marketing, have decided to come up with a truly innovative product that will deliver significant results: Social Ads.
1 – What are Social Ads?
Social Ads are content-based advertisements that inherit all the features of social media platforms. This totally new way of advertising allows brands to advertise content from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, outside of social networks. There is also a Premium Social Ads service that allows you to embed premium media such as customized lead generation forms, quizzes and more, without the need for extra development cost. Both formats are compatible with most ad servers, making them easy to implement.
Imagine transforming the web into a massive Social Network with Social Ads.
2 – Social Ads vs Tradional Ad Banner
Banners only retain the user’s attention for a very short period of time and publishers place too many of them on each page. This creates what we call “banner blindness” and simply renders them useless. Social Ads on the other hand, provide content-based ads that retain the users’ attention and get them to click far more often. Let’s look at the numbers: Banners generate an average click-through rate (CTR) of 0.1% to 0.3%. This is next to nothing compared to Social Ads’ 0.8% average CTR. Plus, measuring results has never been more informative! Instead of only tracking impressions and clicks, clients can now keep up with likes, tweets, follows, shares, comments, favorites and all the different interactions you can find.
3 – Is that All?
No it’s not! We are currently working on a Social Ads dashboard that will give clients access to real-time analytics and allow them to fully operate their campaign without our help at all. An array of other new features is on the way.
